Why am I getting 0% signal?

1. Make sure your Apple Watch's Bluetooth is on. 

 

1. Open Settings on your watch.

2. Select Bluetooth.

3. Scroll to the bottom and toggle on Bluetooth. 

 

2. Make sure your Apple Watch's Privacy settings allow for a Bluetooth connection. 

 

1. Open Settings on your watch.

2. Select Privacy.

3. Select Bluetooth.

4. Scroll down to WATCH LINK and make sure it's toggled on.

 

* If you are on an apple watch series 1 getting this error, it is because CoreBluetooth (how Watch Link connects) is only supported on the series 2 and above. Please contact us to rectify.
