To solve this

1. Go on your Apple Watch and open Settings
   
2. Tap General
   
3. Tap Background App Refresh
   
4. Toggle on Background App Refresh. This will ensure the Echo app will continue to refresh and collect continuous heart rate data, even when your watch goes to sleep
