It's possible for the app to get out of sync with the Apple backend that manages subscriptions. When this happens, your phone and/or watch forget the subscription service that should be active. To solve this, follow the below steps. If this still does not fix the issue for you, please email us at support@pkfitness.com so we can resolve.
How to restore your purchase
- Open the Workout Companion app
- Tap on the 'Settings' tab
- Tap 'Help & Support'
- Tap 'Restore Purchases'
