Why is the app is not recognizing that I'm a premium subscriber?

It's possible for the app to get out of sync with the Apple backend that manages subscriptions. When this happens, your phone and/or watch forget the subscription service that should be active. To solve this, follow the below steps. If this still does not fix the issue for you, please email us at [email protected] so we can resolve.

 

How to restore your purchase

  1. Open the Workout Companion app
  2. Tap on the 'Settings' tab
  3. Tap 'Help & Support' 
  4. Tap 'Restore Purchases'
