It's possible for the app to get out of sync with the Apple backend that manages subscriptions. When this happens, your phone and/or watch forget the subscription service that should be active. How to restore your purchase
- Open the Workout Companion app
- Tap on the 'Settings' tab
- Tap 'Help & Support'
- Tap 'Restore Purchases'
