How do I unsubscribe from workout summary emails?

Unsubscribe from summary emails

  1. Open the Workout Companion app

  2. Scroll down to the 'Settings' tile

  3. Scroll down and find the "Send Summary" toggle

  4. Turn off "Send Summary" to unsubscribe from emails
    *Green = on, Grey = off
