Apple Watch

  1. Open the app on your Apple Watch

  2. Scroll down and select 'Settings'

  3. Find & tap 'Your Email'

  4. Enter the email you wish to receive summaries with! 
    *Make sure you click Save!

 


 

iPhone

  1. Open the app on your iPhone

  2. Tap 'Settings'

  3. Tap your name at the top of Settings

  4. Find the Email field to edit
