You must have a premium account to set custom goals.

 

Apple Watch

  1. Open the app on your Apple Watch
  2. Scroll down and click Settings
  3. Find 'Goals & Points' and set your daily point goal and days per week goal



iPhone

  1. Open the app on your Apple Watch
