Why is the app not recognizing I’m a premium subscriber?

The app can sometimes get out of sync with the Apple backend that manages subscriptions. When this happens, you can restore your subscription by following the steps below. If this does not fix the issue, please email us at [email protected] so we can get this resolved. 

How to restore your subscription

  1. Turn your phone on and back on again
  2. Open the Workout Companion app
  3. Tap on the 'Settings' tab 
  4. Tap your name at the top of the page
  5. Tap 'View Subscriptions'
  6. Find and tap 'Restore purchases'
